Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergone selective operation in center operating-room in Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences Affiliated Zhoupu Hospital, ASA I-III, who need internal jugular vein puncture and catheterization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, limited movement of head and neck,high abdominal pressure, severe abdominal pain,difficult in cooperation with breath-hold or breath-hold less than 20 seconds.
