Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with pancreatic head cancer are willing to sign informed consent; 2. patients diagnosed with resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic head cancer; 3. the body mass index should be no more than 35 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with pancreatic body-tail cancer; 2. patients diagnosed with unresectable pancreatic head cancer; 3. pancreatic head cancer with distant metastasis; 4. patients with the history of peripancreatic inflammation and abdominal operation; 5. the body mass index is above 35 kg/m2; 6. poor health condition, unable to tolerate surgery.
