Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Accord with diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis; 2. Aged more than 40 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic consumptive diseases such as tumors and tuberculosis; 2. Other types of bone and joint diseases such as gout and rheumatoid arthritis; 3. Congenital deformity and dysfunction of knee joint caused by congenital factors; 4. People with mental illness can't cooperate with researchers; 5. Menstrual and pregnancy women; 6. With a history of knee joint infection and surgical trauma; 7. With a history of articular cavity puncture and injection therapy; 8. With a history of drugs such as hormone free and immunosuppressive drugs; 9. With serious systemic diseases and no obvious abnormalities in liver, renal function and electrolytes.
