Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. scheduled for laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy surgery; 2. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 3. American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. inability to cooperate (e.g.mental disorder, disturbance of consciousness, mental retardation); 2. drug addiction and abuse; 3. Long-term use of steroid medicines; 4. presence of severe heart disease, or severe pulmonary disease; 5. presence of severe liver and renal insufficiency; 6. sinus bradycardia or other contradictions; 7. others.
