Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected acute coronary syndrome with repeated/continuous chest pain and/or chest tightness within 24 hours in Emergency Department, 2. men and women aged 18 to 90 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with renal failure requiring long-term hemodialysis; 2. Traumatic patients; 3. Patients who have recently undergone cardioversion, defibrillation or thrombolytic therapy; 4. Patients who underwent coronary artery bypass graft surgery within the last month or who were hospitalized for acute myocardial infarction within the last 3 weeks; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Mentally retarded patients; 7. Patients with abnormal mental state.
