Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with cerebral apoplexy with onset within 15 to 90 days; (2) patients aged 18 to 75 years; (3) Before stroke, you can walk independently, and one side of the limb is paralyzed; (4) Lower limbs function Brunnstrom stage 3 and above, the ankle joint does not have the initiative movement, has the foot droop, the foot varus; (5) patients with clear mind, who could be combined with physical examination score and treatment Mini-mental State Examination>24 score; (6) Subjects must be capable of giving written informed consent, which includes compliance with the requirements of the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) the disease was unstable; (2) concurrent with other diseases affecting motor function, accompanied by severe bone and joint and muscle lesions or deformities; (3) complicated with severe heart, liver and kidney diseases and infections; (4) within 14 days of the disease; (5) suffering from aphasia, apraxia, unilateral neglect and tilt syndrome; (6) the corrected visual acuity was less than 0.5; (7) cognitive impairment: mini mental state examination scale score < 24 score.
