Gold Standard:Allergic purpura diagnostic criteria: 1) the tangibility purpura
2) the onset age < 20 years old
3) with acute abdominal pain
4) biopsy showed small veins and arteries around a neutrophil infiltration. In the above four standard, conform to article 2 or above can be diagnosed as allergic purpura. Purpur

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chooce they July 2018 to june 2019 in our hospital urology department confirmed for the first time in the hospital for children with allergic purura; 2. aged 1 to 14 years old; 3. a follow-up of 6 month or more. 4.signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of allergic purura; 2. Has a history of acute or chronic kidney; 3. During hospitalized with acute infectious diseases; 4. nearly month to glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants users; 5. The follow-up time < 6 momths.
