Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with DSM-IV diagnosis criteria of schizophrenia aged 18-75 years old;at least 5-year duration of illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with severe neurological diseases or mental retardation, and pregnant or lactating women.
