60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer was performed in selected periods; 2. over age 60 years; 3. ASA I-II; 4. BMI<28 kg/m2; 5. Able to communicate with physicians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Before surgery, the score of MoCA score was 13 or less for illiteracy, 19 or less for those with education years of 1-6 years, and 24 or less for those with education years of more than 7 years; 2. Patients with arrhythmia, serious cardiac valve disease or peripheral vascular disease; 3. People who are taking antidepressants, painkillers, sleep medications, benzodiazepines and other medications that may affect cognitive function; 4. Patients with mental or neurological disease or family history; 5. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction and other serious cardiopulmonary diseases.
