Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A family with a chid who diagnosised with ASD plan to reproduce or have a second child; 2. Aged 0~3 month old; 3. The guardian consented to participate in the researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurodevelopmental disorders with definite etiological diagnosis; 2. Those with high risk pregnancy, such as maternal infection, bleeding, etc.; 3. Those with definite low birth weight, hypoxic asphyxia, intracerebral hemorrhage, brain injury, nuclear jaundice and other risk factors; 4. Person with a clear history of severe physical disease.
