A: Two hours before skin incision, 2g of TXA, and 1g at 3h, 6h and 9h after operation.
B:Two hours before skin incision, 2g of TXA, and 1g at 3h, 6h and 9h after operation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with TKA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: aged 85 years, rheumatoid arthritis, allergy to the TXA, a history of thrombosis, coagulation dysfunction, uncontrolled hypertension, patients with infection and body mass index (BMI) >35.
