Total Hip Arthroplasty

Interventions

A:2 dose of normal saline
B:1 dose of 10mg dexamethasone
C:10mg dexamethasone was given before operation and 10mg was 12 hours after operation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with THA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: aged 85 years, rheumatoid arthritis, allergy to the TXA, a history of thrombosis, coagulation dysfunction, uncontrolled hypertension, patients with infection.
