Interventions

A:2 dose of normal saline

B:1 dose of 10mg dexamethasone before operation

c:1 dose of 10mg dexamethasone before operation, and 12 h after operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with TKA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: aged 85 years, rheumatoid arthritis, allergy to the TXA, a history of thrombosis, coagulation dysfunction, uncontrolled hypertension, patients with infection and body mass index (BMI) >35.
