Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The population of the Han nationality greater than or equal to 16 years old and less than or equal to 79 years old; Letter of informed consent signed; Diagnosis of acute deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity by ultrasound within 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with psychiatric disorders who did not cooperate with the study; CTPA/DSA taboo patients; Creatinine clearance rate <30 mL/min; Superior life expectancy less than or equal to 6 months; Persons of child-bearing age or during pregnancy or lactation who have not taken appropriate contraceptive measures; More than 48 hours of anticoagulant therapy has been conducted prior to intervention group.The recombinant VTE. Researchers evaluated not suitable for the study.
