20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy pregnant women between 20 and 40 years; 2. full-term elective Caesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. any positive result of hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus, human immunodeficiency virus, syphilis (only Hbs-Ab positive is allowed); 2. suffering from severe maternofetal disease, such as intrahepatic cholestasis, or placenta implantation.
