Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery in People's Hospital of Peking University from 2018-07-10 to 2019-1-1; 2. BMI>30; 3. ASA I-II; 4. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with nasal problems; 2. Patients who take anticoagulant drugs for a long time; 3. Patients with severe gastroesophageal reflux disease; 4. Patients with severe respiratory diseases or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Patients who cannot cooperate, including those with language difficulties or conscious disabilities.
