Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-65 years; 2. ASA grade I or II; 3. body mass index (BMI)=18.529.9 kg/m2; 4. patients who are scheduled for gynecologic laparoscopic surgery; 5. Voluntarily participated in and signed a letter of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known to allergic to the main drug or any excipient in this product; 2. patients receiving medication for neuromuscular blocking agents; 3. pregnancy or lactation; 4. patients with chronic obstructive emphysema neuropathy or neuromuscular diseases; 5. patients who predict difficult airway; 6. the function of liver and kidney before operation: alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), urea nitrogen (BUN), and creatinine (Cr) abnormality (ALT and AST are 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal value, BUN and Cr are higher than the upper limit of normal value); 7. coronary heart disease, bronchial asthma, poorly controlled or difficult to control hypertension: systolic blood pressure (SBP) over 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) greater than 100mmHg; 8. respiratory insufficiency, respiratory failure; 9. patients who are not able follow the research plan; 10. Hypercalcemia.
