Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be in line with the KOA diagnostic criteria developed by China's diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis guide (2007 Edition); 2. Aged older than 60 years; 3. By K-L X-ray grading, the severity of the disease is below level 3 (moderate); 4. Digital pain intensity score is between 3 and 7 points; 5. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 6. To be consciousness, and can communicate in language; 7. Be able to complete the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of knee arthroscopy or artificial knee replacement surgery; 2. The lower limbs had surgery within 6 months; 3. Had uncontrolled hypertension, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, unstable angina, arrhythmia and some other diseases that may increase the risk of home exercise; 4. Can not safely participate in this study, such as serious vision problems, nerve dysfunction, and severe osteoporosis and so on; 5. Enter the study while using other new drugs or new methods to treat KOA, or participate in other experiments at the same time; 6. Have other regular exercise habits (exercise for at least 3 days a week, exercise not less than 30 minutes a day, has insisted for more than 6 months).
