Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. newly diagnosed multiple myeloma; 2. obtained >=PR response after receiving no more than 8 cycles of induction chemotherapy (PAD/VD regimen); 3. normal heart function, normal lung function, normal liver functin: bilirubin level no more than 35umol/L, AST/ALT less than 2 times of ULR.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergy to rhTPO; 2. had received myelosuppressive drugs including melphalan, lenalidomide; 3. with comobidities causing thrombocytopenia, including ITP, MDS etc.; 4. platelet counts less than 80*109/L before transplant; 5. complicated with thromboembolism diseases or had new thromboembolism events within 6 months not resulting from invention precedures; 6. heart function failure, EF< 50%; 7. dialysis dependent renal insufficiency.
