Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Immunogenicity study of yellow fever attenuated live vaccine inclusion criteria: 1. Persons who are about to enter or pass through yellow fever endemic areas; 2. The age of the month on the day of enrollment is greater than or equal to 6 months; 3. The subject or his legal guardian shall sign the informed consent and sign the date; 4. Before getting into the study, by history and clinical examination confirmed that the body temperature of 37.0 degree C or less; 5. No previous vaccination history of live attenuated vaccine with yellow fever; Immune persistence study of yellow fever attenuated live vaccine inclusion criteria; 1. People who have been vaccinated with live attenuated yellow fever vaccine in the past; 2. The subject or his legal guardian shall sign the informed consent and sign the date.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. Allergic to any component of the vaccine, with any previous history of severe vaccination allergy; 2. There is a clear diagnosis of thrombocytopenia or other coagulation disorders; 3. Persons with a history of convulsion, epilepsy, encephalopathy and mental illness; 4. A person who is immune deficiency, low immune function, or undergoing immunosuppressive therapy; 5. A person with an acute disease, a severe chronic disease, or an acute attack of chronic disease; 6. Women during pregnancy; 7. In the past month has been infected with rash disease; 8. Persons who have injected immunoglobulin or any research drug within the past four weeks; 9. Persons who have been vaccinated for less than 21 days; 10. Any situation that the researchers believe which may affect the evaluation of the experiment.
