Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of HBeAg negative CHB was consistent with the 2015 Chronic Hepatitis B Prevention Guide. After antiviral treatment of peg-interferon and nucleotide analogues, and maintenance the current nucleotide analogue treatment, HBsAg<1000IU/ml,HBeAg negative, HBV DNA<20IU/ml. Ultrasound B or Fibroscan did not indicate cirrhosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV infection and autoimmune liver disease; (2) Pregnancy and lactation women and patients who are preparing to give birth in the near future; (3) Severe liver dysfunction or decompensatory cirrhosis; (4) History of serious heart disease, including unstable or uncontrolled heart disease within six months; (5) history of mental illness; (6) uncontrollable epilepsy; (7) alcoholic or drug addict; (8) Uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, thyroid diseases, retinopathy, autoimmune diseases, etc.; (9) Neutrophils51umol/L.
