Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. intrauterine pregnancy; 2. normal development of the fetus; 3. filing started from the first trimester; 4. complete antenatal examination and labor at the assigned institution.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. uterine malformation; 2. history of cervical conization; 3. clinical diagnosed as cervical insufficiency; 4. failed to be examined during the specified gestational age; 5. early intervention to terminate pregnancy; 6. loss to follow-up.
