Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complying with the ITP diagnostic criteria (refer to the revised edition of Consensus of Chinese experts on diagnosis and treatment of adult primary immune thrombocytopenia developed by the Thrombosis and Hemostasis Group, Hematology Society in 2016; 2. Aging between 3 months and 17 years; 3. Before the enrollment, no yet receving rhTPO treatment or the previous rhTPO treatment is before 1 month; 4. Voluntarily signning informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet the inclusion criteria will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: 1. Diagnosed with secondary thrombocytopenia during observation and follow-up period; 2. Severe bleeding which is life-threatening is in need of emergency treatment and platelet transfusion; 3. Serious adverse reactions such as severe liver damage and drug hypersensitivity during treatment; 4. Patients with mental illness or those who has poor compliance to treatment due to other reasons.
