Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Angiograms were analyzed visually and the degree of stenosis was recorded.coronary heart disease was defined as the presence of visible stenosis with luminal constriction more than 50% in at least one of the coronary arterial segments. Based on visual assessment of the coronary angiograms, patients with luminal constriction less than 50% were included in the control group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Contrast medium reactions; 2) Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3) Uncontrolled severe arrhythmia; 4) Uncorrected kaliopenic, digitalism and acid-base imbalance; 5) Severe liver and renal dysfunction Hemorrhagic disease; 6) Hemorrhagic diseases such as bleeding and coagulation dysfunction (Except coagulation factor XII); 7) Who were unwilling to participate the study; 8) Severe infection disease; 9) Others.
