Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of superficial infantile hemangiomas, the age of less than 6 months, male or female; 2. superficial infantile hemangiomas have not received other treatment; 3. voluntarily signed by the person or guardian after learning about the treatment plan and risk Informed consent, willing to accept a controlled trial, and with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. endocrine disease; 2. severe heart disease or asthma; 3. glucocorticoid contraindications; 4. wounds in the lesion area, or patients with epidermal ulceration.
