Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women without diabetes before pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Definitely diagnosed as diabetes (type 1 or type 2). Any of the following is considered to be sufficient evidence for the presence of diabetes: a. routine use of insulin to treat diabetes b. conventional oral hypoglycemic agents for diabetes c. fasting =7.0 mmol/L and 75g OGTT (oral glucose tolerance test) 2 h blood glucose =11.0 mmol/L; (2) Use drugs known to affect glucose metabolism before the study; (3) History of refractive surgery.
