Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-80 years old; 2. Gender: male or female; 3. No abnormal function of liver and kidney; 4. Pathological examination was diagnosed as "oral hyperdifferentiation squamous cell carcinoma"; 5. Standardized surgical treatment; 6. No metformin drug taboos; 7. Good compliance.
