18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged > 18 years; 2. Presence of 2-3cm lower pole kidney stones confirmed by non-contrast computed tomography (CT); 3. BMI > 30 kg/m(2); 4. Subjects must be capable of giving written informed consent, which includes compliance with the requirements of the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection, uncontrolled urinary tract infection, pyonephrosis, sepsis; 2. Patients with bilateral ureteral/kidney stones; 3. Patients with a history of ipsilateral PCNL or RIRS surgery; 4. Patients with abnormal renal tract anatomy (such as a solitary kidney, a duplex system, horseshoe kidney, spongy kidney or transplant kidney); 5. Women who have a known or suspected pregnancy(confirmed by a pregnancy test) or are breastfeeding; 6. Currently involved in other clinical studies.
