50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with PD according to the new MDS Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for PD and with Rome III criteria-confirmed constipation; 2. Patients between the age of 50-80 years; 3. No history of cardiac, renal, diarrhea, abdominal pain or hepatic conditions; 4. Agreed to drink study product during the study period; 5. Agreed to sign written informed consent; 6. Patients are aggred to record the diary information (ensure not to take other forms of probiotics and do not change the original constipation treatment drugs duing the study); 7. Stop drinking any probiotics in the 2 weeks prior to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ingestion of probiotics in the preceding 4 weeks; Use of antibiotics in the preceding 4 weeks; History of gastrointestinal disorders or surgery; Known or suspected allergy to probiotics; Comorbidities that prevent reliable completion of study assessments. Prior functional neurosurgery for PD or treatment with apomorphine infusion Recent initiation of dopaminergic medications in the preceding 3 months
