Interventions
Diazepam:Oral diazepam at the early stage of fever to prevent febrile seizure, 0.3mg/kg (Max=10 mg), q8h (=3 times in 24h)
Levetiracetam:oral Levetiracetam after the first episode, 15-30mg/(kg.d), bid, for 3-5 days

1 Years to 6 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 6 months to 5 years; 2) Seizures resulted from fever (Axillary T=38? or rectal T =38.5 degree C); 3) Agreement to follow the protocol for medication and assessment; 4) Inform consent from childrens guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Epilepsy patient with a history of seizure due to infection; 2. With Central Nervous System (CNS) infection; 3. With toxic encephalopathy; 4. With systematic metabolic disorder; 5. With seizure caused by acute poisoning or inherited metabolic disease; 6. With a history of afebrile seizures; 7. Allergy to the drug used in the trail or the ingredients.
