Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be at least 65 years of age; 2. Reside in assisted adult living facilities in northern China over the entire trial period; 3. Be capable of understanding the information provided, with use of an interpreter if required; 4. Did not use anti-inflammatory drugs over the last month; 5. Give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have adverse reactions to Atopalm; 2. Have systemic or cutaneous infectious diseases; 3. Routinely use anti-inflammatory drugs.
