Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

Endocrine diseases, such as diabetes, thyroid disease, parathyroid disease, adrenal disease, osteomalacia. Long-term use of anti-epileptic drugs, adrenocorticotropic hormone, diuretics and heparin.Estrogen and calcitonin have been used in the past six months. VitD (more than 1000 iu/d) has been supplemented above physiological requirements.Taking bisphosphonates or sodium fluoride in the past year. In the past three months, traditional Chinese medicine and other unregistered foods were regularly taken to enhance physical fitness. Have one of the following histories or diseases: thrombophlebitis, thrombosis or thromboembolism associated with the use of estrogen, cerebrovascular accidents, known or suspected estrogen-dependent tumors, undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, and cervix The smear graded at grade III or above, severe uterine disorders, severe breast disease, severe gallbladder disease, severe hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia.
