Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with acute cerebral apoplexy with onset within 30 days; (2) patients aged 30 to 75 years; (3) patients with clear mind, who could be combined with physical examination, score and treatment; (4) patients and their families willing to be treated with ILF-TMS and rTMS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) metal foreign bodies in the skull, pacemakers with cardiac pacemakers, cochlear implants; (2) patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure and symptoms of intracranial hypertension; (3) severe cognitive and communication disorders, Emotional disorders, irritability, etc., can not be matched.
