Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with herpes zoster; 2. Aged 18 to 90 years old, male or female; 3. The communication is accessible and does not affect the assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Central nervous system diseases or mental diseases; 2. Opioid addiction history; 3. the sudden deterioration of the condition; 4. suffering from serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5. sudden other acute diseases; 6. can not self-evaluators; 7. Participate in other drug testers 3 months before the selection.
