18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with osteoarthritis requiring unicompartmental knee arthroplasty; 2. The hemoglobin level of female patients is higher than 120g/L, while that of male patients is higher than 130g/L, which will be included in this standard.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: rheumatoid arthritis, revision surgery, a history with thrombosis, patients with infection, allergy to the TXA, uncontrolled hypertension, body mass index (BMI) >35 kg/m2, and preoperative anemia
