Interventions

A:2 doses of normal saline in the anterior vein of skin incision before operation
B:1 dose of 10mg dexamethasone and 1 dose of physiological saline before skin incision
C:2 doses of 10mg dexamethasone in the anterior vein of skin incision before operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All evaluated patients with a diagnosis of osteoarthritis with unicompartmental knee arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: rheumatoid arthritis, revision surgery, a history with thrombosis, patients with infection, uncontrolled hypertension, body mass index (BMI) >35 kg/m2, and preoperative anemia
