Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine medical secretary Chinese issued in 2012 "people's Republic of China pharmaceutical industry standard of traditional Chinese medicine anorectal syndrome diagnostic efficacy standards" related to the "perianal abscess" to develop part of the diagnostic criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) women in pregnancy and lactation; (2) specific perianal abscess, such as tuberculosis, Crohn's disease, colorectal tumor, etc.; (3) patients with diabetes, such as diabetes, may affect the wound healing; (4) the combination of immunodeficiency diseases, spinal cord and pelvic floor diseases and mental diseases; (5) a history of abscess surgery, and anus incontinence and abnormal sensation of the anus; (6) poor compliance.
