Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical practice is in line with the diagnostic criteria of various types of cerebrovascular diseases formulated by the 4th national cerebrovascular disease conference of the Chinese medical association in 1995. CT or MRI confirmed the first stroke in the left hemisphere (dominant hemisphere); 2. Right handedness (standardized measurement), the language function of substances is normal before its occurrence; 3. The course of the disease approximately 2 weeks to 6 months after stroke Aged 18-80 years; 4. Aphasia quotient (AQ)<93.8 with Western Aphasia Battery (WAB), Non-fluent aphasia, verbal fluency 0-4 points; 5. Humanistic Chinese is the first language, and the cultural level above primary school can cooperate to complete the assessment; 6. Without epilepsy, severe heart disease, severe somatic disease; 7. It has clear cognitive function, cooperative physical examination, complete directional ability, no obvious memory impairment and mental retardation; 8. Bromine can maintain sitting position independently for more than 30 minutes; 9. Patients and their families sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other neurodegenerative disorders, such as speech disorders caused by Parkinson's disease, dementia, etc.; 2. Deficiencies in hearing or vision may interfere with assessment and treatment; 3. The application of drugs (antiepileptic drugs, sleeping pills, benzodiazepines, etc.) that alter the excitability of the cerebral cortex; 4. With epilepsy, serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction or other serious physical diseases; 5. Patients with insufficient consciousness to cooperate with examination and treatment; 6. has a history of mental disorders; 7. According to the safety guide, the tool has contraindicated evidence of rTMS and MRI examination, such as metal foreign body or other electronic devices implanted in the body.
