Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II; 2. Aged 30-89 years; 2. Painless colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Potentially difficult airway; 2. hepatic or renal dysfunction; 3. Cardiovascular disease or dysfunction of blood coagulation; 4.Nervous system disease; 5. allergy.
