Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of acute pancreatitis requires two of the following three features: (1) abdominal pain consistent with acute pancreatitis(acute onset of a persistent, severe, epigastric pain often radiating to the back); (2) serum lipase activity (or amylase activity) at least three times greater than the upper limit of normal; and (3) characteristic findings of acute pancreatitis on contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CECT) and less commonly magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or transabdominal ultrasonography. 2. organ failure persists for >48h; 3. The course of the disease at least 4 weeks; 4. Enhanced CT imaging revealed a large amount of necrotic tissue and effusion after peripancreatic or retroperitoneal: (1) With or without gas (so-called gas bubble sign); (2) With or without fine needle aspiration, percutaneous aspiration smear or culture to find bacteria or fungi; (3) With or without sepsis, procalcitonin >2.0 ng/ml and/or CRP = 14 286 nmol/L (150 mg/dL); 5. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Mild and moderately acute pancreatitis do not form necrotic tissue; 2) Acute biliary pancreatitis; 3) A large amount of necrosis of the pancreas and pancreatic fistula lead to a deterioration of the whole body; 4) Patients who have previously participated in other clinical trials and have not terminated the trial; 5) Patients with a history of allergies to anesthetics; 6)Patients with active liver, kidney and heart disease who cannot tolerate general anesthesia.
