Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Choice patients who are admitted to the comprehensive ICU of the selected hospital from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017; 2. aged ? 18 years old male and female; 3. AKI patients need to meet the KDIGO diagnostic criteria; 4. Have a complete entry and exit records, ICU stay time > 24 hours; 5. First diagnosis, initial treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CKD; 2. patients received nephrectomy; 3. History of kidney transportation before ICU admitted; 4. readmitted to ICU during the hospital time.
