Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected adults aged 18 to 85 years; 2. New-onset ischemic stroke, or a definite history of ischemic stroke, validated by DWI . The diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke are in accordance with the criteria of the 4th China Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease; 3. The presence of cerebral microhemorrhage is validated by SWI, which is confirmed by 2 or more radiologists; 4. The clinical data are complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients complicated with intracranial tumors; 2. Patients complicated with extracranial malignant tumors; 3. a history of severe brain trauma; 4. The modified Rankin score (mRS) is less than or equal to 4 when taken in; 5. Patients with metal implants who can not accept MR examination.
