Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years old, male or female; 2. Obtain written informed consent; 3. After 4 weeks of dietary control, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) = 4.8 mmol/L or/and total cholesterol = 7.4 mmol/L 4. Physical examination revealed xanthoma or corneal bow (the age of onset of corneal bow was <45 years old); 5. There is hypercholesterolemia in the first or second class of family members(LDL-C=4.8mmol/L or/and TC=7.4mmol/L); 6. Premature history of cardiovascular disease in members of the first class family members/secondary class family members (male <55, female <60) 1 and 2 as a necessary condition for selection, and at the same time, any two of the 3, 4, 5, and 6 conditions must be met.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Triglyceride = 4mmol/L (350mg/L); 2. Other diseases that affect lipid metabolism such as: liver disease; 3. Glucocorticoids or immunosuppressive users; 4. Thyroid dysfunction; 5. Abnormalities of the adrenal cortex; 6. Nephrotic syndrome, renal failure; 7. Mental retardation; 8. Informed consent cannot be signed.
