Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. general health or well-controlled hypertension without tooth extraction contraindications; 2. impacted wisdom teeth in the mandibular proximal middle. The second molar has severe bone resorption in the distal alveolar alveolar bone, but at least the residual height of the bone wall is greater than 3 mm, and the looseness is less than I degree; 3. complete basic periodontal treatment with good oral hygiene and strong compliance; 4. smoking < 10 cigarettes /d, stop smoking before and after surgery; 5. voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients 45 years old; 2. acute infection of the affected teeth; 3. smoking over 10 cigarettes /d; 4. during pregnancy, lactation and planned pregnancy; 5. long-term use of nsaids, bisphosphate, corticosteroid, tetracycline, immunosuppressant and other drugs that affect bone metabolism or bone healing; 6. history of head and neck radiotherapy; 7. the second molar is missing or the second molar needs to be removed together.
