Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients had American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II; 2. Male and female aged 40-70 years; 3. BMI 18~30kg/m2; 4. Patients undergoing elective hepatobiliary surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and family refuse to accept clinical trial; 2. history of diabetes, cardiovascular, respiratory, or renal diseases; 3. complication of acute cholangitis, gastrointestinal bleeding, or ascites; 4. hepatic encephalopathy, psychiatric illness, or neuropathy; 5. electrolyte or acid-base disturbance, sepsis, or cachexia defined as weight loss =2% in the past 2 months or =5% in the past 6 months; 6. use of medications that could interfere with cardiovascular function (e.g.ß-blockers, calcium channel blockers, digoxin); 7. pregnant or lactating women; 8. Patients who participate in other clinical trials within 30 days; 9. other non-eligible patients identified by the investigator.
