Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were eligible for inclusion if they met the following criteria: (1) aged between 18 and 65years; (2) currently being a smoker, which means accumulated 100 or more cigarettes in one lifetime, and had smoked =1 cigarette daily; (3) with documented CHD; (4) Educated to junior high school or above; with basic communication skills; (5) Agree to participate in the trial and receive follow-up, and must sign an informed consent approved by the Ethics Committee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals were excluded if they had a tumor or multiple organ failure, had a life expectancy less than 1 year, unable to complete follow-up, or could not meet any of the above, or severe anxiety or other severe mental illness, neurologically impaired patients
