18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with primary open angle or juvenile Glaucoma; 2. visual field defects, MD-0.01 to -6.00 or MD-6.01 to-12.00;, 3. the patients aged 18 to 60 years could understand and write the consent independenly before surgery; 4. without prior glaucoma surgery; 5. the patients could be able to complete follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. without interno occular surgery; 2. a history of ocular trauma; 3. with uveitis,retinitis pigmentosa,central retinal artery occlusion,branch retinal artery,cilioretinal artery occlusion,optic neuropathy,maculopathy; 4. corneal opacity; 5. orbital tumor; 6. the disease which can influence the IOP and visual acuity,include thyroid related ophalmopathy,retinal detachment and lens dislocation; 7. serious health issues which could impede the follow-up,include Cardia-cerebrovascular Disease,the disease of lung and kidney ,lung and kidney diseases,terminal cancer; 8. refuse to sign the consent; 9. pregnant women and lactating women.
