Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between September 2012 and May 2018, a case of cerebral palsy was diagnosed in the Rehabilitation Management Information Bank of the Guangzhou Women and Children Medical Center; 2. Aged 2 to 14 years old; 3. Low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with ultrasound-guided injection of botulinum toxin injection has been used. The site includes the upper biliary level of the upper limb, diaphragm, flexor carpi ulnaris, ulnar carpal flexor, long palmar muscle, and thumb The adductor muscles and the thumb-to-palm muscles include lower leg adductors, hamstrings, triceps, iliopsoas, and posterior tibial muscles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. any health problems that are not associated with cerebral palsy, uncontrolled seizures; 2. contractures that limited the ankle joint motion;received orthopaedic surgery in the lower limb before this study or who want to receive it within the period of study; 3. received botulinum toxin injection in the lower limb during the last 6 months before this study.
