Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical rectal cancer under general anesthesia; 2. consistent with the diagnostic criteria of hypertension and stable blood pressure control; 3. ASA grade I-III grade; 4. aged =18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known magnesium sulphate allergy or participation in other tests at the same time; 2. severe arrhythmia, any degree of cardiac block; 3. impaired vital organ function, history of severe cardiovascular disease, history of severe liver and kidney dysfunction, endocrine disease, nerves Muscle disease; 4. Uncontrolled hypertension (informal medication, systolic blood pressure control over 180 mm Hg) and long-term use of pain medications; 5. Patients with a body mass index (BMI) 35 kg/m2
