Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of normal tension glaucoma without any medications and anti-glaucoma surgery; 2. Aged above 20 years; 3. the BMI of NTG patients for both two groups should be less than 18.5kg/m2 or below the average of normal level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with all kinds of systematic diseases like diabetes, cancer and infectiveness disease et al.; 2. secondary glaucoma; 3. patients with dementia; 4. the pregnant women.
